Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. Pastor Michael shares today that often, people know quite a bit about Christianity but are far from having a relationship with the Father. Head knowledge and heart love are two very different things. Knowing what is in the Bible won't save you – it only helps you know the truth – that in order to spend eternity with the Father in Heaven, you must have a relationship with Him. Start today with reading the Word, meditating on truths found in the Bible, and spend time in prayer speaking to Him.
