Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. When someone asks you about your faith, or when you go out witnessing to people, the only thing you should do is present the message of Jesus to others, and give them the chance to give their lives to Christ. You're not called to judge people or prove points, but to show people the love that comes from God. Pastor Michael is going to show you examples from Jesus Himself of telling others about God. It's up to you to tell people about the hope you have, but up to The Holy Spirit to draw their hearts to God.
