Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. Do you ever feel like you are too far gone for God? That the sin that you struggle with is too much for God to handle? In today’s edition of Burning Hearts, Pastor Michael talks about how no matter how far from God we may seem, He still loves us. As Christians, we still struggle with sin, and sometimes it gets to our heads. We don’t think God can save us anymore. But as Pastor Michael reminds us, God sent His son to bear the sin of the world, and because of this, God always forgives.
