Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. If your goal is to become like Jesus, are you being wise as you aim for that? Jesus gives us wisdom and expects us to use it as we position ourselves to be the best reflection of him we can be. Pastor Michael is going to take a look at one of Jesus' parables today that lifts up the shrewdness of a servant as a character trait to emulate. Let everything you do today be with the kingdom in mind. Remember your kingdom purpose as you make your decisions and set yourself up for future ministry opportunities.
