Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. Today, Pastor Michael will be challenging you to evaluate yourself, to see if you're living in such a way that seeks to please man or that pleases God. The world, your flesh, and the devil are at constant work, trying to persuade you to disobey God. Don't allow the fear of man and the weakness of your flesh to choose to obey man rather than obeying God. Remember, there's no reason to fear the man who can only harm your physical body, but you should fear God who has your eternity in His hands.
