Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. Have you noticed how polarized a household becomes when someone decides to become a Christian? Jesus Himself said that there will be a divide between those who follow Him and those who reject Him. Even within a single household, there will be those who persecute their own family members because of following Jesus. Today, Pastor Michael will be encouraging you to follow after the Lord, regardless of the division and persecution you will face. Those who live a godly life, will suffer persecution.
