Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. As Pastor Michael continues his teaching series through the Gospel of Luke, he'll be challenging you to repent of any religious hypocrisy you may have. When Jesus walked the Earth, the main group of people He grew angry with, was the hypocritical religious leaders. As a Christian, you bear the Lord's name and are called to be His ambassador while you're still here on this Earth. You may be the only bible some people will ever read. You can either attract or repel others from the Lord.
