Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. Do you ever get anxious? Are you ever fearful of the future? In today’s edition of Burning Hearts, Pastor Michael talks about God’s Will. We often pray for the Lord's will to be done, but what does it mean when we pray that? When we pray for the Lord's plan, we give our anxieties to Him. It is so easy to become scared about the future of the world, but the Lord's will is perfect, so there is no reason to be scared. Yes, it is easy to be scared about the future, but take rest in the Lord, because He is perfect.
