Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. In today’s message, Pastor Michael explains how God uses the suffering and struggles in our lives to bring him glory. However, it’s not the actual pain and difficulty that brings God glory. It’s actually the believers who don’t let it shake their faith that brings glory to God. We’re not called to suffer simply for the sake of suffering. Instead, we are instructed to keep faith in God during our struggles, and that we can and should take joy in the fact that we are struggling for God!
