Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. The most important thing on earth is to make sure you know God's will for you and that you do it. You might even be the only one in your circle of friends that does, but the joy of following God is going to make it worth it. Pastor Michael is going to remind you today that your example could be what the people around you need to see for them to grow closer to God themselves. Simon had to carry Jesus' cross when he didn't even expect it, and God wants you to carry out His will, too.
