Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. Everything in God's Word is perfectly true and accurate. Whenever it seems like there's any contradiction, it can be proven true if you dig a little deeper into context and language. Pastor Michael is going to show you some examples today of what seem like contradictions actually being true. The best way to prove Scripture true for yourself is simple. Read it! Spend time in prayer as you study it! Get to know God and His Word more every day, and you'll see how everything in it is, in fact, 100% true.
