Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. A loud cymbal in a marching band can be unique. It helps keep the band in step and helps the significant moments of the song shine. But a clanging cymbal in your ear at 6 in the morning is just that: a clanging cymbal. Today, Pastor Michael teaches us the importance of love in our lives. See, love takes that annoying, unwanted, clanging cymbal away from your bedside and puts it in a marching band. The cymbal didn't change, but love put it in the proper context where it can be adequately appreciated.
