Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. No one likes to experience the moments in life that are full of pain. No one likes the hard and dry seasons. But as you’ll learn with Pastor Michael in today’s message, the hard and dry seasons have purpose. The enemy would use the painful seasons in your life to tear you down and break you apart. But God uses those experiences to not only strengthen you but to prepare you for a greater purpose. So rather than hate the hard moments, ask God to soften your heart to what He’s doing.
