Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. How tightly do you hold onto your possessions? It doesn't matter if you have a little or a lot, your stuff can hold you back. Pastor Michael asks the question, could you leave it ALL in order to follow Jesus? Scripture teaches you must be willing to leave the riches, comforts, and titles of life to share the love of Christ with unbelievers. In today's message, you'll be encouraged to be a loser. To lose everything to follow after Christ. If this sounds hard, ask the Holy Spirit to free you from your stuff.
