Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. In today's message, Pastor Michael will remind you of one of God's titles that you may not have heard before, El Roi. In the Hebrew language, the language of the Old Testament, this meant “the God who sees me”... And what an incredible implication this name has. God is fully omnipresent, wherever we are, He sees us. Whatever we do, He sees us. Whatever we're going through, He sees it. God doesn't just shut His eyes to our suffering, He sees us and is with us in it at every step, comforting and guiding.
