Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. There are many in this hurting world who often feel lonely, forgotten, or simply unloved. And there are those who truly are lonely, forgotten, and unloved by people... But today, Pastor Michael will remind you that Jesus loves the world and those of us in it. If God created humans to be in His image, why wouldn't He love us? If God the Father sent God the Son to die a horrific death to pave the way to reconciliation, wouldn't that encapsulate His ever-enduring and undying love for us His children?
