Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. What type of person were you before you came to know Jesus? In today’s edition of Burning Hearts, Pastor Michael talks about how we are never too far gone for God. God makes it very clear that the punishment for our sin is death. But God sent His son down to take our place. We no longer endure the punishment for sin because Jesus did. There is not a list of sins that are unsavable, no matter how deep in sin you are, God still loves you, and all it takes is one step to get back to Him.
