Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. Sin is pleasurable for a season, but in the end it brings destruction. Today, Pastor Michael will be teaching you how important it is to rid yourself of any weight of sin that is hindering you from running your race for the Lord. Sin will always take you farther than you want to go, keep you longer than you want to stay, and cost you more than you want to pay. There's a reason God, who created your very soul, gave you boundaries to protect you. He knows what's truly good for you.
