Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. In today's message, Pastor Michael will encourage you to trust God. And if you're a Christian, you probably think “well of course I trust God”... But trusting God is much easier said than done. So look over your life, do your actions convey your trust in God? Do your finances show that you trust God? Does your calendar and to-do list reflect your trust in God? Trusting God is all about walking out into the uncertainty and unknown that God calls us into and doing what He asks, knowing that He'll take care of it.
