Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. As Christians, we know the power of God, but do we really utilize it in our everyday lives? Wisdom from scholars, philosophers, and religious leaders are thrown at us constantly, making it easy to back down. In today’s message, Pastor Michael wants you to know that you need to follow the One who is perfect and find power in your life. No matter how much you follow the science or self-help of the world, it will never satisfy you, only God can. Follow someone that will never let you down and be empowered in your life.
