Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. As Christians in our culture today, it’s easy to forget the importance of experiencing Jesus in the midst of His community. Due to pandemics, safety concerns, and whatever else it might be, many Christians have gotten used to staying away from the church. In today’s message, Pastor Conor wants you to know there is no compromise regarding showing up for Him at church. You need to be there for other believers, live alongside them, and experience it all together—not alone.
