Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. Keep your eyes fixed upon the Lord! In today's message from Pastor Michael, he reminds you to stay focused on Jesus. Don't look to the right or to the left. But keep your eyes fixed straight ahead on the Lord. Living in this world, it can become easy to have our eyes turn away from the light of God. However, Pastor Michael urges you, to stay focused on God. One way that will help you to keep your gaze fixed on Him, is by staying in His Word. Stay in Scripture and stay close to the light of Jesus!
