Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. Whether we care to admit it or not, we sometimes let our ego get the better of us, and let our pride selfishly put our own preferences before those of others. In today's message, Pastor Michael reflects on what it means to truly humble yourself and to put others before yourself, regardless of your status.
