Welcome to the Burning Hearts Podcast! Our heart is to glorify Jesus Christ and draw people closer to Him through explaining Scriptures in a relevant and easy-to-understand way. Our name comes from two Scriptures: Luke 24:32 - They said to each other, ”Weren‘t our hearts burning within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining Scriptures to us.” Jeremiah 20:9 - Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not. As Christians, life isn’t instantly better for us just from following Jesus. Like everyone else, we all go through different struggles on a daily basis, but there’s a hope that we can’t forget about. Today, Pastor Michael wants you to know that God works everything for your good. No matter how awful your situation may seem or how much you think you know best, God has a divine plan for your life that is unparalleled. If you love Him and live your life for His calling, be patient and trust His plan for your life.
